Progress to date

Austrade has been working with the Department of Industry, Science Energy and Resources to ensure the Grants search and 'Expertise & Advice' search options on business.gov.au capture all State/Territory and Australian Government support for exporters.

Austrade has developed over 120 profiles for high priority markets for selective services or technologies and a suite of digital services to help exporters improve their export readiness, explore and select markets, and prepare for market entry.

Austrade has developed Fintech invest - Austrade and Fintech export - Austrade webpages. These webpages are easy to access and provide clear information on support to the Australian Fintech sector with international expansion as well as promotion and attraction of foreign direct investment into the sector.

The South Australian Government’s export from South Australia website brings together information for companies exploring opportunities for support, capability development and funding from the South Australian Government. It connects buyers and sellers, as well as provide information about Department for Trade and Investment’s various support services for existing or potential exporters.

The website’s recent redesign ensure that information is up to date and easy to access.

The Invest and Trade Western Australia website is an online gateway showcasing Western Australia’s unique investment and trade opportunities to potential investors and buyers. The website profiles Western Australia’s key industries including mining and mining equipment, technology and services; energy; primary industries; defence industries; tourism, events and creative industries; international education; and health and medical technology.

The Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation’s Invest and Trade Western Australia team provides a one-stop shop for incoming trade and investment enquiries. At Invest and Trade Western Australia, a team of business facilitation professionals can provide Western Australian exporters support to grow their businesses internationally. Through a network of local and international offices, the team can help navigate the Western Australian investment and trade ecosystem and assist with access to foreign markets.
